Detente Publication is a food-industry book publishing house founded in November of 2015.

It was originally created on November 8th of 2015 under the name “141 Detente Publishing”. The word “publishing” was more of a mistake, as I was thinking that I could use that in the book publishing business, but it was in fact more of a music publishing term.

Each division is named after a house that we lived in.

Mostly used for Brandied In Bed.

Named after the name of our bar.
