Even though the first EP was never fully finished due to lack of musicians, I continued to write new music for TOM. This music was much inspired by Nachtfalke and Mutiilation. Some of the songs had lyrics but these demos stayed instrumental because I was living at my grandmothers at the time and couldn’t do any growling. I think these songs would have such a great atmospheric album. These songs also mark the beginning of the “new sound”, though you can’t tell much from low quality, I had installed DiMarzio X2N Humbucker pickups on Kelly.
There were two more songs that were slightly in the making around this time but didn’t quite make it to something concrete by the time Lunar started. Those were called “Let Darkness Take Me” and “Demonic Riff”.
An early title for this release was “Fall ’06 Demos”
