While Laura and I went to visit New Jersey for Thanksgiving, we hung out with Phil Altobelli (Darklink) and his girlfriend. What occurred that night was a long overdue jam of promising Vision Éternel material. Phil had supposedly been composing a solo for “Love within Narcosis” that was going to be recorded and used for a long awaited VE split. He obviously had not worked on anything and could not be serious about rehearsing anything. Some of my frustration can be seen, but all in good humor. Darklink is certainly not someone to rely on. Phil is a classical guitarist and is against using guitar picks, so I had to play with money coins laying around. It was quite a fun time, and only one in many jams that we had together.
