“Oh! Those Hosers Are From Canada, Eh?” was a blog that I created in December of 2010 in order to publish non hardcore music articles of Canadian bands that I wanted to write about. “How Can They Intend to Heal?” was solely dedicated to Canadian hardcore music and its genres, but I wanted to cover some other Canadian bands like Boize, Breaking Violet, Emissary and Innervoice. I felt that they would be too out of place on the hardcore blog and created this separate website at http://ohthosehosers.
But I never got around to posting anything on it. First of all I wasn’t very proud of the name. It was so obvious. I was a huge SCTV fan and this represented that. Finally on October 1st of 2011 I delete the blog. It still would take almost two years for me to start publishing non-hardcore related articles, and only once I merged How Can They Intend to Heal? with the Abridged Pause Blog.
